Just Beachy
Just Beachy is a stones throw from the wonderful golden sandy Broad Haven beach with glimpses of the sea. This comfortably furnished, modern, end-terrace house is set on a quiet road behind the main seafront, with a welcoming sitting room. The well-equipped, fitted, kitchen/diner leads out to a conservatory with cane furniture, offering the perfect spot to relax. French doors open to an enclosed, paved garden, ideal for an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening, all with glimpses of the sea between the houses.
Accommodation
Kitchen: Equipped to a very good standard includes oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment.
Dining area: The dining area has a table that will seat up to 6 people. (Highchair available).
Conservatory lounge: Cane furniture to seat 4 people.
Lounge: Is comfortable with a 2 large sofas, wifi and Smart TV & electric feature fire.
Wet room: with walk in shower, hand basin, shaving point and wc
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1:1 x king bed, bedroom 2: twin beds and bedroom 3: 1 x bunk beds. (Travel cot provided but please bring own cot bedding).
Bathroom: There is a bath with a shower over the bath, mirror, and extractor fan.
Bed Linen: All bed linen, tea towels, oven gloves, jay cloth & scourer are provided and can be changed for a 2 week booking if required. N.B. Towels are not provided.
Heating: The cottage is heated by easy to use economy 7 overnight storage heaters.
Parking: For 2 cars directly in front of the house.
Outside there is secure rear garden with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the sea views whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple!!

Just Beachy was not the cottage we originally booked - but it turned out to be one of the best-appointed houses we've stayed in in Pembrokeshire. There was also a cut-through leading straight to the beach.

We had a wonderful week and our accommodation was so perfect. “Just Beachy” provided everything , comfy beds, great kitchen, brilliant conservatory with patio, a wet room plus another bathroom. The lounge was a welcome comfy place to relax at the end of the day. The house is so near to the beach, most nights we viewed the sun setting! A brilliant holiday in such a wonderful part of Pembrokeshire.
