Babnytha - 18 Puffin Way
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach of Broad Haven. The house has three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin with an en-suite to one bedroom) and sleeps two-six people in comfort and luxury. There is also a garage for storing all your holiday gear and a delightful garden with a south-facing patio. Ideal for family holidays, plus a great location for walkers, it is perfectly placed for the National Park’s coastal footpath and for exploring the many attractions on offer in Pembrokeshire.
Accommodation
Lounge
Leather suite of 2 comfy sofas and an easy chair and LG Oled 55 inch smart TV.
Dining Room
Dining table with 6 chairs and a sideboard with lots of games and toys. French doors into the garden.
Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with built-in appliances – dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven and touch-sensitive hob.
Master Bedroom
King-size bed with cotton bedding and duvet, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe and dressing table. Large en-suite shower room.
Bedroom Two
King-size bed cotton bedding, 2 easy chairs, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and room for travel cot (travel cot bedding/linen not supplied).
Bedroom Three
Twin beds with bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Family Bathroom
Bath with shower, WC, washbasin and towel hanging.
Garage/Parking
There is parking for two cars at the front of the house, a garage for storing all your beach gear (some provided) and a very large fridge freezer plus mini-table tennis/pool/air hockey table.
Utility Room
To the rear of the garage, with a door that leads into the garden, is a sink plus loads of room for coats and boots - great for drying wet gear as the boiler makes it nice and warm! Washing machine plus airer for drying washing.
Garden
Delightful garden area to the rear, reached around the side of the house through a gate or through the French doors from the dining room or the back door from the utility. Lawned area and large patio with table and chairs.
All bed linen, tea towels, oven gloves, jay cloth & scourer are provided and can be changed for a 2 week booking if required. N.B. Towels are not provided.
Travel cot and high chair provided (cot bedding not supplied).
The property is heated by oil fired central heating.

Babnytha is a modern spacious fully equipped house in a really convenient location, being a short walk from the beach and other locations amenities. There is off road parking for two cars and a well presented outside area with an enclosed rear garden. There are various local options for eating and drinking, including a well stocked convenience store. The beach is a good size with both dog friendly and no dog areas. The Pembrokeshire coastal path extends in both directions from the beach. We had a wonderful walk to Newgale passing through little pieces of paradise en route. Me and my family had a tremendous holiday at Broad Haven and I would highly recommend Babnytha for a stay.
