Once again we had a good time at Awel y Mor. Arrived a bit early so parked outside in readiness, then walked straight down to the beach with the dog, had a good stroll across the bay the whole of which is open to dogs at this time of year, into the Ocean Cafe where they like dogs and give them biscuits, then back to the house, a very easy walk. Awel y Mor was warm, clean and tidy and has a good view of the sea. It is in a quiet position and so convenient for everything there. We’ve already booked again for the autumn.

We had a really good week staying at Awel y Mor, spotlessly clean and warm as ever. Having stayed there before we knew it had a decent sized freezer so took several frozen meals with us so that we had less time preparing food and more time on the beach. The shower is really good & I’d looked forward to using it. The view of the sea is very good from the living room and bedroom windows, time can fly by as you stand there looking at it, coffee in hand. Such an easy walk to the beach, which we walked along a couple of times a day with the dogs, frequently ending up in the cafe. A great time.

We always arrive to find our holiday let immaculate, and the service we receive from the staff is truly fantastic. We had a great time at Awel Y Mor. This was our second stay here and it was as good as the first time. It’s easy to find with dedicated parking right outside, very easy walk to the beach, cafe, shop and pub and a good view of the sea, people on the beach, large ships moored out in the bay, etc. Very quiet at the house. We had brilliant weather, warm and sunny every day and walked the dogs from one end of the beach to the other a couple of times every day. Lots of different shells to collect and the odd really interesting thing such as a sea mouse and a squid. The house was really warm all the time - couldn’t work out how it’s heated as the radiators didn’t seem to be on yet it was constantly warm. Very well laid out inside with good facilities including a proper fridge and freezer. We look forward to staying again.

We ve recently returned from a stay in Broadhaven, booked through Stay in the Havens. We ve used the company several times before. Whichever accommodation we have booked has been beautifully maintained, and clean as a whistle on our arrival, and there is a great deal of information which guests receive before their stay, so you know about the area prior to arrival. We have a large dog who comes with us too, and the places we ve stayed which accommodate dogs have all been terrific venues for our pet.

If one DOES run into trouble, someone is on the end of the phone to help poor panic-struck souls like me who can mess up at the drop of a hat- but I feel so confident that I can get help and advice that I CAN truly relax! Our grateful thanks go to everyone who is part of this organisation- owners, maintenance staff, and Karen, all of whom contribute to a truly relaxed break.

We had a really good time at Awel y Mor and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. It must be the only house on that road where you can sit on the settee, (or on the outside chairs), and have a clear view of the sea with it’s ever changing colours and waves. Very close indeed. The house is very clean, warm and has a well thought out lay-out with good sized kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. I was very impressed with the shower. It also has a full sized freezer not just an ice-box in the fridge. Easy to find with good parking and a very short walk to the beach, cafes, pub and shop. I think we’ll be back again.
