Ground Floor Shower/WC Room Large modern bathroom housing a shower cubicle, WC, sink, mirror & wall mounted heater.
Turn left from the Dining room down to the front Hallway to the Front Door which has level access to the gravelled front & side garden with patio area, plus a small wooden gate out into the village. From the front hallway a door leads to:
Living Room 3 comfy sofas, TV with Freeview & DVD player, a selection of DVD's are provided in TV Unit, WiFi, Electric Wood Burner effect fire, large front facing window with Sea views. Leads to:
Bedroom 2 Ground Floor Single Bedded room with Sea Views.

Directly from the back door is a private courtyard/patio area, with seating, which leads to a large private lawned garden accessed over a little fenced bridge. This connects to the extensive gravelled private parking area for cars and boats (Parking and rear access through garden shared with owners when/if resident). At the side of the property is a raised paved patio dining area which boasts superb sea views. Ideal for alfresco dining with a view! There is also a side and front private walled gravelled garden which is a perfect area to have a BBQ (please bring own disposable BBQ).
All bed linen and tea towels are provided and can be changed for a 2-week booking if required. Towels can be hired at £4 for 1 x bath and 1 x hand towel per set. Please bring own beach towels.
Travel cot and high chair provided (cot bedding not supplied).
Heating is supplied via economy 7 storage heaters.
