The Old Post Office - Little Haven
This beautifully presented end of terrace cottage is ideally located in the picturesque village of Little Haven, being just a minutes stroll from the beach, pubs and cafés, making it an ideal location for a family holiday. It has a lovely private garden with views over the woodland as well as private parking. The property is deceptively large inside boasting a spacious family orientated kitchen/diner with comfy chair, large lounge with log burner, 3 bedrooms 1 en-suite and 2 further bathrooms. It's also an ideal base from which to explore the stunning National Coastal Path and neighbouring villages of Dale, Marloes, Solva and the City of St Davids.

Ground Floor
Side entrance to house leads to:
Hallway with tiled floor and hanging space for coats, wooden stairs leading to upstairs
Lounge with wooden floors and window to the front of the property. 2 large sofas, coffee table and wood burner. TV with BT Hub available for On-Demand channels & Live Streaming/IPlayer/Netflix/Amazon account holders , WiFi & Sonos music system.
Ground Floor Shower room with tiled floor, WC, sink, shower cubicle & washer/dryer
Kitchen/Diner with underfloor heated tiled floor and windows to the side of the property as well as a large glass window and French doors overlooking the rear garen. Built-in Microwave/Combi oven, main oven & warming oven. Gas hob, double Belfast sink, Nespresso coffee machine, intergrated dishwasher & lfridge/freezer. Central Island with breakfast bar area and storage. Dining table seating six and large comfy chair. Family games, information leaflets & maps can be found on the shelves too. Sonos music system.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 Large Master En-suite room, carpeted with King size bed, bedside cabinets, Otterman and large built-in wardrobe. En-suite is tiled with WC, sink and free standing shower. Sonos Music system.
Bedroom 2 carpeted with double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and clothes hanging unit
Bedroom 3 carpeted twin room with bedside cabinet, Otterman and small built-in wardrobe
Family Bathroom tiled with WC, sink & bath with a shower over the bath,
Heating: The cottage has gas fired central heating, under floor heating in the kitchen & wood burner in lounge.
Garden There is secure fenced & paved garden, accessed from the outside via the side lane or from French doors from kitchen. Garden furniture provided where you can watch the kids play whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite wine!! Please note there is a small ornamental pond in the garden which is not fenced. Outside tap and hose which are ideal for washing down the dogs, wetsuits and even the kids after a day on the beach! Behind the fenced garden is an area housing a garden shed (currently not for guest use).
Parking: Private parking at the rear of the property accessed via small 'shared access' private lane to side of the cottage.
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and can be changed for a 2 week booking if required.
Travel cot and high chair provided (cot bedding not supplied).

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Post Office. We couldn't fault the accommodation, it was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The proximity to the harbour and to the pubs was a real treat, and we loved using the kayaks. The only downside to the holiday is that we had to come home! Thank you for your efficiency and great communication - we will definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay in the very well equipped house. The proximity to the beach is so nice. Karen was so quick to respond to my questions and resolved a small issue we had very efficiently. Although a huge benefit, the parking spot is quite small and tricky to get out of if you have a long car but gets easier after a few goes at it.

We had a fantastic holiday at the old post office. The property has plenty of space and a lovely garden. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to amenities and beach. The kayaks were much appreciated. I would definitely recommend, there was 5 of us and the cottage accommodated us easily. Karen was on hand at all times to deal with any issues. The cottage was lovely , and very well kitted out with everything we could have needed . The kitchen/diner was especially enjoyable to prepare our meals in. We loved the owners super stylish taste in furniture and fittings and felt very much at home.
The Old post office was very well positioned for getting to the beach , cafe and pubs!

It was a lovely property and we very much enjoyed the stay - Apologies for the panic about the oven on the first day. I think we were both tired and haven't used a NEFF oven before. The instructions on the NEFF website weren't brilliant, but those that came with the cottage made everything a bit more clear - If only we'd read them all first rather than panicking!!
We had such a lovely time that we would certainly consider returning in the future.

We found it to be really clean and spacious, with enough room for our daughters to stay with their partners without feeling crowded. All mod cons, Apple TV, Sonos speakers, good quality appliances everything you would need for a home to home stay. Beds extremely comfortable. Lovely quiet area but only a stones throw from the nearest pub Saint Brides Inn and the beach.

Stay in The Havens will certainly be our go to company for booking a West Wales holiday in the future! In fact I’ve already recommended them to a friend today! Everything was as it should be; booking was easy, staff were very helpful and friendly, information and photos were accurate and prices very competitive.
As for The Old Post Office, it was perfect! It was in an excellent spot in the centre of Little Haven with the added bonus of a parking space. The cottage was very spacious and everything inside was of such a high quality. The bed was genuinely the most comfy I have ever slept in! We will definitely be back!!

We loved it here in The Old Post Office! It was a fantastic place to come back to after coast walks and days at the beach. Very comfortable beds and very welcome hot showers! We loved the kayaks - thank you for making them available. We also enjoyed making a crumble with the blackberries from the garden! We enjoyed the warm welcome, food & beer from The St Brides Inn but our best recommendation for food & wine is the Sunshine Italian in Broad Haven - Very Good :-) Hope to be back in Little Haven & The Old Post Office very soon.

The first entry in the book & I suspect not our last! This is our 4th visit to The Havens but our first stay in Little Haven having always walked around from Broad Haven on our previous stays. The Old Post Office is perfect and was far bigger than we imagined. We walked the cliff path loop every morning & evening and enjoyed food at The Castle, Lobster & Mor & The Cornerhouse Cafe. Karen and the team at Stay in the Havens make the entire process very smooth & are always available for any queries. We don't want to go home! Thank you - we will be back!
