The contemporary kitchen has built-in electric oven, microwave, warming drawer, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, a central island with electric hob and extractor fan, storage and breakfast stool seating. Bi-folding doors open onto the large glass fronted balcony and is the perfect place to sit, relax and soak up the wonderful sea views.

Garden There is a large secure fenced rear garden with artificial grass, which can accessed from the outside via a side gate from both sides of the property, or from the French doors in bedrooms 3 & 4. Patio furniture is provided making this area ideal for al fresco dining. The property also boasts a 6 person Hot Tub.

The front of the property is lawned with driveway to the side.

Hot Tub This stunning 6 person spa gives a fantastic massage experience : 74 jets with an array of jet formations, Volcano jet, 3 pumps, illuminated controllers, LED lighting, 4 Bluetooth speakers & Subwoofer plus champagne/drinks holder.The hot tub covering must be replaced after each use to maintain it's temperature and water clarity. (A meter reading will be taken before & after each stay to ensure this has occured and any excessive electrity charges will be deducted from the security deposit). N.B. No glasses to be used or food consumed in the vacinity of the hot tub. (Any additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit).

Garage is available for guest use to store beach items but is not suitable to be used for car parking. The property has an outiside tap, perfect for washing off sandy wetsuits before hanging to dry in the garage. The garage also contains a fridge/freezer which is ideal for garden dining & entertaining. Patio chair cushions can also be found in here.

Private off road parking for 2 cars on driveway to the side of the house.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and can be changed for a 2 week booking if required.

Travel cot and high chair provided (cot bedding not supplied).
